LED lights indicate which computer has access; it's easy to set up; both computers have direct access to the printer (without networking) thanks to Automatic Printer Sharing; it eliminates cable clutter, and if it doesn't fit on your desk, it can be wall mounted. Share up to five different USB peripherals, such as printers, scanners, external disk drives . . . any USB device, basically. They also make a 1 USB and a 2 USB version
